1. Back to School

Get the little ones and yourself back in the morning groove with the Back to School routine.

6:00 am: Fading on your lights over 30 minutes from 6am to help you wake up naturally without the need for the Snooze button.

8:00 am: Once you’re out the door and away we will then make sure your lights turn off and save you and the environment.

If your timetable doesn't match the presets, you can click on the times to adjust.

Also works great for: Work day lighting for adults with a daily commute routine.

2. Outdoor Vibes

Automate your path, spot and outdoor lights to work like magic with the Outdoor Vibes routine. Simply set and forget.

Sunset: Fade on your outdoor lights over 30 minutes before sunset based on your geolocation.

10:30 pm: And at the end of the night let us fade your lights off over 10 minutes and minimize unnecessary light pollution.

If your evening habits don't match the presets, you can click on the times to adjust. You can even adjust the color and brightness your lights come on at.

3. Sunrise Wakeup

Wake up naturally with your lights mimicking nature and the sun with a Sunrise Wakeup routine. This is great for improving circadian rhythm, allowing for peaceful mornings without a blaring alarm, or adds an extra waking cue for those who often sleep through or over-snooze their alarms.

Sunrise – 30mins: Fade on over the 30 minutes to 50% brightness and a neutral white temperature.

Sunrise + 30mins: Transition over 30 minutes to 100% brightness soft daylight white temperature.

If your timetable doesn't match the sun, you can click on the times to adjust.

4. Exercise

Use your lights to indicate your exercise intervals with an Exercise routine. This is popular for maintaining motivation during a workout and helping to create cues for strong time-bound habits.

Interval 1: Get the body ready with 5 minutes warm up on bright orange.

Interval 2: Time to ramp it up with 15 minutes on bright daylight white.

Interval 3: Cyan signals 5 minutes to go. You can do this!

Interval 4: You did it! A final transition to neutral white means it’s time to warm down.

If your workout preferences don’t match the preset just click on the times to adjust.

5. Ok to Wake

Help your little ones understand when it's ok to wake up and leave bed with an Ok to Wake routine. It’s simpler than reading the time so it’s suitable for sleep training and establishing morning routines with children from a young age.

7:00 am: Green means Go! If your lights are green, it's ok to leave bed. If it's still red, back to bed you go.

8:00 am: Let's turn off the lights during the day from 8am. You can still use them as you need, but this just means if you’re out and about, the lights won’t get left on by accident.

6:00 pm: A warm sunset white means it’s time to get ready for bed. Let's read a story and brush our teeth.

7:00 pm: Our lights starting to fade down to a sleepy red. Time for little ones to nod off for a good night’s sleep. With the low-energy red wavelengths, the body is more ready to fall asleep and if they wake, this nightlight is least likely to keep them up.

If your children's timetable doesn't match the preset, you can click on the times to adjust.

6. Work Day Focus

Maximize your productivity with lighting cues and setup a Work Day Focus routine. Perfect for those who work from home, with periods of high focus lighting, reminders and cues to indicate when you should start wrapping up.

8:00 am: Let's check our emails and anything urgent that we need to deal with. Cool Daylight white will get our mind on task.

12:00 pm: Oh! Pink means break. That went fast. Let's grab a bite and stretch the legs.

1:00 pm: Back to it! Let's ramp up the lights to bright daylight and get things done.

5:00 pm: Time to start finishing up. A 30-minute fade down to warm white helps remind me to finish up for the day.

If your work day doesn't match the preset, you can click on the times to adjust.

Also works great for: Day-to day lighting. Swap the Pink reminder light for a relaxing warmer white to give a gentle time indicator at the middle of the day and this routine will suit most spaces throughout the home.

7. Evening Relaxation

Enhance your space with quality lighting at night and destress from your day with an Evening Relaxation routine. Used for improving circadian rhythm and upgrading your down-time, Evening Relaxation is one of our most popular routines. Reduce your exposure to blue lighting as the evening progresses and let your body know it’s getting later with gently lowering light levels to naturally adjust and get ready for sleep.

5:00 pm: Let's start warm and at full brightness as we end the work day and transition into our own time.

7:00 pm: A fade to ultra warm over an hour at 80% brightness.

9:30 pm: Let's lower the heart rate with a fade to candlelight over an hour at 50% brightness.

11:00 pm: If you are not already asleep, the final 30-minute fade to red 30% brightness will make those eyelids heavy.

If your timetable doesn't match the preset, you can click on the times to adjust.

8. Circadian Rhythm

Align your body clock with nature and overhaul your sleep with a Circadian Rhythm routine. This goes further than the morning or evening routines, incorporating a whole day of lighting that follows the sun.

Sunrise: Let's fade on slowly and wake naturally with gradually increasing warm light that mimics the sun.

1 hour after Sunrise: Let's get the body, mind and day started as we increase the lights to 100% brightness and a bright crisp daylight white over a long 5-hour fade.

12pm: Let's continue to fade the lights incrementally over the next 7 hours, so subtle that we don't even notice till the lights are a warm incandescent white at 7pm.

Sunset: Time to unwind and ease into the evening as we slowly fade the lights to a soft candlelight at 50% brightness.
