Where We Ship

LIFX currently ships to addresses within the continental United States only.

We’re unable to deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories (including Puerto Rico and Guam), or P.O. boxes at this time.

Order Processing

Orders are prepared with care and typically ship within 1–2 business days. During periods of high demand, processing may take slightly longer.

If we expect a significant delay, we’ll notify you by email.

Delivery Options & Timing

Available shipping options—such as Standard and Express—will appear at checkout.

Estimated delivery times are calculated from the date your order ships, not from the date of purchase.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your tracking number.

Please note that actual delivery times may vary based on your location, carrier performance, and external factors (e.g., weather, holidays).

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

Promotional free-shipping offers (when available) apply only to qualifying orders and destinations as specified in the offer terms.

Lost, Undeliverable, or Refused Shipments

Once the carrier accepts the shipment from our fulfillment center, you assume ownership and responsibility for the goods, including any risk of loss, theft, or damage that occurs after the package has been handed off to the carrier.

LIFX is not responsible for:

  • Delays, loss, or damage occurring after the carrier takes possession of your order; or
  • Packages returned to us due to an incorrect address or refusal upon delivery; or
  • Packages that are lost or stolen after a confirmed delivery scan by the carrier.

To reship, additional shipping charges will apply.
