Returns

Our Promise

We want you to love your LIFX products. If something isn’t right, we’ve made returns simple.

30-Day Return Window

You may return your product within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be brand new, unused, unopened, and in original condition, with all packaging, manuals, and accessories included.
  • Proof of purchase (such as your order number) is required.
  • Products that are damaged due to misuse, neglect, or modification are not eligible for return. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to apply a restocking fee or deny a return if the returned item does not meet the conditions outlined in our return policy. See Non-Returnable Items below.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact our team via Chat at lifx.com or at https://support.lifx.com.
  2. We’ll provide detailed instructions and a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  3. Ship the product back following the provided instructions. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
  • A flat return shipping fee of $14.99 will be deducted from your refund for each return shipment.
  • Exchanges are available only while stock permits. If and item is no longer available, we may chose to replace it with a comparable item of equal value.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Any visibly used, opened, modified or damaged items.
  • All refurbished, open-box, clearance, or final-sale items.
  • Products purchased from unauthorized resellers or third-party marketplaces.
  • Products that are missing accessories.
